Ping Putting App

Ping Putting App – iPing Putting App for iPhone or Android is a hot new putting tool that is easy to use and affordable.

Ping Putting App

The Ping Putting App for either iPhone or Android is a great training aid that measures putter-head rotation during the putting stroke, swing tempo and face angle at impact.

Ping Putting App iPhone

Save strokes with the iPing Putting App for iPhone and know that you don’t have to own a Ping Putter to utilize the tool, it works with any putter.

Ping Putting App Android

Just download the free iPing app at iTunes onto your iPhone or Android phones, it also can be downloaded onto a 4th generation iPod Touch. You’ll need to buy a cradle ($30 on golfer retail sites) that attaches to the putter shaft.

The iPing app has three teaching modes:

  • Practice – displays club rotation on the forward stroke, impact angle and tempo for each putt.
  • Measure – calculates averages for face rotation, impact angle and tempo based on 5 putts from 10 feet.
  • Compare – current results versus previous sessions.

Of course there’s going to be some Ping putter marketing that goes along with the app. A feature called iPingFit directs  you to specific Ping putters based on stroke type. Hit five putts, and a shaft label recommendation comes up on the screen. There is also an Advanced Fit mode to determine proper shaft length, lie and loft.

If you are trying to decide on long or shorter shaft putters get Ping Putting App.
